WACO World Electric Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary with 60% of stake owned by WACO. The scopes of business of the company include the following:

• Design, manufacture and installation of electric and control systems for water treatment facilities implemented by WACO as well as for its own customers
• Guarantee and maintenance of electric and control systems supplied by the company
