Water and Environment Joint Stock Company (WACO) organized its 2007 annual shareholders’ meeting at Victory Hotel at 9:00 AM on March 29, 2008. The meeting listened and approved reports on WACO’s business operation results in 2007 with profit before tax reaching VND33.15 billion.

Can Tho Water Treatment BOO Plant (Can Tho City) with a capacity of 20,000 m3/day at investment fund of VND70 billion
Song Hau Water Supply System BOO Project (Hau Giang Province) with a capacity of 100,000 m3/day including 20,000 m3/day in phase 1; total investment capital of VND800 billion
Vam Cong Water Supply System BOO Project (An Giang Province) with a capacity of 40,000 m3/day including 20,000 m3/day in phase 1; total investment capital of VND200 billion

• Co-founding and financing the water supply joint stock companies of:

Kenh Dong Long An Water Supply Joint Stock Company
Saigon Dau Tieng Water Supply Joint Stock Company

• Development of other BOO and BOT investment projects on water supply and wastewater treatment
• Getting listed on the stock market within the year 2008
