On April 9, 2007, Water and Environment Joint Stock Company (WACO) and Housing Development-Investment Company and Dong Thap Industrial Zone (HIDICO) have organized a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a water supply plant at Sa Dec Industrial Zone, belonging to Dong Thap province. Attending to this ceremony are local leaders, representatives of different departments of Dong Thap province and Enterprises locations at Industrial Zone. Main items include three drilling wells, raw water pipeline, ground water treatment plant (pressurised filter reservoir, filter tank, treated water reservoir, treated water pumping station). Implementation period of this project is 180 days from the starting date.
