From 2001-2002, WACO implemented the project of building Binh Duc Water Treatment Plant of 30,000 m3/day (Tien Giang Province) which was invested by Tien Giang Water Supply and Sewerage Company. The construction contract was signed on March 22, 2001 with total value of VND16 billion. Construction items included a raw water intake pumping station of 30,000 m3/day, a mixing tank, a pulsator sedimentation basin, a rapid filter, a chemical house, a standby generator, an anti-overflow device, ta treated water pumping station of 30,000 m3/day, a DN600 treated water pipeline.
