The improvement included design, procurement and construction of the water treatment plant to a larger capacity. Main construction items included a mixing tank, a treatment unit, a treated water pumping station, a chemical house, an administrative building, technical tunnels and drainage, gate, fence, ground-leveling, etc. The project was started in March 2003 and completed in September 2003. | | | | |
